FOUNDER

Alethea Gaddis

B.S., MBA, Licensed Independent Broker

Professional Background

As an independent insurance broker, licensed since 2013, Alethea's heart and dedication to teaching and equipping others is the foundation and driving force of her business. Her mission is to help individuals and families preserve and protect their greatest assets: income, health, and family with the appropriate life and health insurance. She is also deeply committed to serving churches, the non-profit sector, and small businesses.

Her exposure to the viability of non-profits was developed and sharpened as Executive Director for a faith-based organization established by her church. Gaddis has also worked with several non-profit organizations, which led her and her brother, Randal L. Gaddis, I, to establish The Willie and Vivian Gaddis Foundation for K.I.D.S., a non-profit organization created to honor the legacy of their parents. Its mission is to invest in children and youth, focusing on college access programming, emphasizing early awareness and college preparedness for children, youth and parents, and college scholarships.

Her exposure to small businesses' viability was nurtured at Gaddis & Son, Incorporated, a construction company established by her parents in 1971.

Faith

Alethea's career in the faith-based community ignited her passion and love for the Kingdom and the community. Being a life-long, active member of the First Church of God, Columbus, Ohio, she gained professional experience working in the day-to-day administration in the church office and later leading its housing and social community development arm.

Education

Alethea Eunice Gaddis, B.S., M.B.A., a native of Columbus, Ohio, is a graduate of both Bowling Green State University and Ashland

University. She is passionate about serving youth, families, churches, small businesses, and non-profit organizations.

Personal

She loves serving as a mentor and life coach to youth and young adults.
